Privacy Policy — Musigana

Musigana ("we", "us") provides a service that converts audio tracks into piano arrangements, karaoke videos, and related music tools. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using Musigana you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

Account information. When you create an account we collect your email address, display name, and, if you sign in with Google, your Google profile picture and basic profile data returned by Google OAuth.
Uploaded and linked content. Audio files you upload, YouTube or other URLs you submit, and the MIDI, stems, and video outputs our pipeline generates from them.
Usage data. Job history, settings, feature usage, device and browser information, IP address, and basic diagnostic logs needed to operate the service.
Billing information. If you purchase a paid plan, payment is processed by our payment provider. We receive transaction metadata (plan, amount, status) but do not store full card details on our servers.

How we use your information

Run the audio-to-piano and karaoke processing pipeline.
Create and authenticate your account and keep your session active.
Show your job history, library, and saved arrangements.
Process billing, credits, and plan changes.
Monitor, debug, and improve the service, including fixing pipeline errors.
Send service-related email such as sign-in confirmations, security notices, and account updates.

How your information is shared

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us operate Musigana, under contract and limited to what is necessary:

Supabase — authentication, database, and storage.
Google OAuth — if you choose to sign in with Google.
Payment provider — processing purchases and subscriptions.
Hosting and email providers — running the web app and sending transactional email.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a business transfer.

Data retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Uploaded audio and generated outputs are retained according to the history window of your plan. You can delete individual jobs from your library at any time, or request full account deletion by contacting us.

Your choices

Access, update, or delete your account data.
Delete individual uploads and generated outputs.
Revoke Google OAuth access from your Google account.
Opt out of non-essential email.

Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

Musigana is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
