These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Musigana ("the Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Your account

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

Content you submit

You retain ownership of the audio, URLs, and other content you submit to Musigana. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display it solely to provide the Service to you. You represent that you have the rights necessary to submit any content you upload or link.

You are responsible for respecting copyright and other applicable laws. Do not use Musigana to process content you do not have rights to use.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or overload the Service.
• Do not use the Service to infringe intellectual property rights or violate the law.
• Do not upload malicious content, spam, or content that harasses or harms others.
• Do not attempt to circumvent billing, credits, or rate limits.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Plans, credits, and billing

Some features require a paid plan or credits. Fees are described on the pricing page. Subscriptions renew according to their billing cycle until cancelled. Credits are non- transferable and, except where required by law, non- refundable.

Service availability

We work to keep Musigana available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Features, pricing, and availability may change over time.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that generated outputs will meet your expectations or be error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Musigana and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using Musigana at any time and delete your account. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service.

Changes to terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
