Piano vs Karaoke — which mode?

Choose Piano when you want a playable piano arrangement, a piano roll, and practice controls. Choose Karaoke when you want vocals, instrumental, synced lyrics, pitch and tempo controls, and an MP4 karaoke video.

Supported inputs

Upload .mp3, .wav, .flac, .m4a, .ogg, .mid, or .midi files. You can also paste a YouTube, Drive, or direct audio link.

Piano rollout

Piano creation is opening gradually. If you see a coming-soon screen, Karaoke is still available while Piano access rolls out to more accounts.

02Piano Mode

Piano Mode

Turn a track into a playable piano arrangement with a piano roll, keyboard view, stems, chords, and note editing.

How to use it
  1. Open Piano

Go to Piano. If your account has access, choose audio or paste a link. If Piano is not open to your account yet, use Karaoke while you wait.

  2. Prepare the song

Trim the audio if you only want a section. Pick Beginner for a simpler part, or Intermediate for a fuller arrangement.

  3. Review lyrics

After the clip is ready, Musigana fills the lyrics box when it can. Edit the lyrics before starting, or use Regenerate for 2 credits.

  4. Start and wait

Start the piano cover. When it is ready, Musigana opens the player automatically.

  5. Practice

Use play, pause, seek, and speed controls. Watch the falling notes on the piano roll and the 88-key keyboard below it.

  6. Edit and learn

Use Edit mode to select, add, mute, clear, and save notes. Open Lyrics to see words matched with notes and timing.

  7. Use practice tools

Switch between both hands, left hand, and right hand. Mute or adjust the original vocals and instrumental while you play along.

05Plans & Credits

Plans & Credits

How credits work, what plans include, and where to review usage.

Signup credits

New accounts get 25 free credits. Free credits can be used for song creation and lyric regeneration until they run out.

Paid plans

Basic includes 100 credits/month. Pro includes 500 credits/month. Premium includes 1,500 credits/month. INR and USD pricing are shown on the Pricing page, with yearly options for Pro and Premium.

What costs credits

Piano and karaoke creations are priced by clip length, with a 5-credit minimum. Regenerate Lyrics costs 2 credits. Playback and stem downloads do not cost extra.

Top-up credits

Top-up packs add 100, 500, or 1,500 credits. A paid plan must be active to use top-up credits; if your plan is not active, any top-up balance is saved but locked.

Reserved credits

When a track is being prepared, some credits may show as reserved. If the track fails, those credits return to your balance.

Usage history

Open Usage to see available credits, free credits, plan credits, top-up balance, referral credits, and a history of credit activity.

06Invite & Earn

Invite & Earn

Invite friends to Musigana — when a friend you invite buys a plan, you each earn 50 bonus credits.

What you get

Invite friends to Musigana and earn free credits. The first time a friend you invite buys a plan, you and your friend each get 50 bonus credits. Invite as many friends as you like.

How to invite a friend

Open Get Credits in the top bar — or Settings → Invite & Earn — to find your share link and personal code. Send the link to friends, or share it straight to WhatsApp, X, or email. The same page shows how many friends have joined and the credits you've earned.

Got a code from a friend?

Enter it in the Referral code field when you sign up, or just open your friend's invite link. You can add a code any time before you buy your first plan.

07Troubleshooting

Troubleshooting & FAQ

Search for the message you see in the app and try the matching fix.

“Need X credits, you have Y.” / I'm out of credits.

Open Pricing to choose a plan, open Usage to buy top-up credits if you have an active plan, or invite a friend to earn referral credits.

“Could not generate lyrics. Please try again.”

Try once more. If it keeps happening, paste the lyrics yourself or trim to a clearer section with vocals. If you're out of credits, add credits first.

Pitch / Tempo / Vocal mix is grayed out.

These controls need available credits. Add credits from Pricing, Usage, or Invite & Earn, then refresh the player.

“Processing failed. Head back and try again.”

Try a longer or clearer clip, save the audio as MP3, or trim to the part of the song with the clearest vocals or melody.

I see “Piano is coming soon.”

Piano creation is in limited rollout. Karaoke remains available, and your Piano link will open once your account has access.
